A 2-hour session each week to work through the "Better Established, More Productive and Engaged in Expansion" service.  We coach you and review your application of the coaching we provide, to address undercuts and any additional training needed, as necessary.

When you can benefit from a stronger business foundation with help documenting to delegate the workload, coaching begins with the "Business Organization Machine Set-Up" service but then we include an additional 20 hours establishing best practices in writing. 

Two 2-hour sessions each week. Coaching begins with the "Getting Set Up" service. One weekly session follows the "Better Established, More Productive and Engaged in Expansion" service. The second session concentrates on training and better establishing staff, making them more productive, and getting them more engaged in expansion. Includes tailored personal and professional development as lagging or missing skills arise.

Four sessions (as scheduled) each week to work through the "Better Established, More Productive and Engaged in Expansion" service, to train and better-establish staff for greater productivity in less time, and to be more actively engaged in preparations for expansion.
