We work with new business owners 1:1 in 2-hour sessions every two weeks. We start with the "Getting Set Up" service. Every two weeks we cover a training session from the "Better Established, More Productive and Engaged in Expansion" service. Every alternate week we review your application of the coaching, answer questions, address undercuts and any additional training needed, as necessary.
